Sumayyah's temp has been on the high since saturday. only today, we begin to see the spots. hubby says it's chicken pox! nevertheless, she's almost as bubbly as she is. just sometimes merengek & rasa gatal2...:(
to top that, I am down with flu. so MC lah tomorrow. i hope to be ok by friday. ameen. we were planning to balik kampung plus family holiday in langkawi this weekend. dah lama tak ber-holiday ni....Already paid some deposits for the accomodation and car rental.
my worse fear is if zubayr menjangkit kakaknya...
as if that's not enuf, another setback today. the arabic class which i just joined might be closed due to insufficient students. they were 4 of us, and they need 10 to break even. we may have to wait for the next batch. how sad and cruel. ustaz said, the finance dept proposed the closure but on thursday we'll know the final verdict. i am from one finance department, and i can understand their reasons. but this is when the capitalist system fails the society... the system which put profits as condition for anything. in certain things like education, it shouldn't apply. i really hope the class will continue. if you are in kuantan and are interested to join, pls inform me!
i am hoping to be a sparring partner for the boys and challenge them to speak arabic. if your 'old' mom can, so can you, son. i can't speak much yet...and i do now appreciate its complexity.
whatever it is, i hope to learn together with them.
